Investment Visa

E-1 visa classification allows a national of a treaty country to be admitted to the United States solely to engage in international trade on his or her own behalf. E-2 visa classification allows a national of a treaty country to be admitted to the United States when investing a substantial amount of capital in a US business.

Immigrant Investors

The fifth employment based preference category, created by Congress in 1990, is available to immigrants seeking to enter the United States in order to invest in a new commercial enterprise that will benefit the US economy and create at least 10 full-time jobs.

Regional Center Pilot Program

After the EB-5 category was created by Congress in 1990, this category of EB-5 (Regional Center Pilot Program) was added in 1992 to stimulate economic growth to undeveloped areas in the United States.
